Patient Complaint and Reason for Visit:
The patient presented to our clinic with complaints of tooth discoloration.
Dental Assessment:
Clinical evaluation revealed the following:
• Signicant wear on the teeth,
• Shortening of the upper anterior teeth due to fractures,
• Discoloration of the lower anterior teeth as a result of enamel wear.
The gingival condition was observed to be healthy and free of issues.
Treatment Plan:
Based on the assessment, the following options were proposed:
1. 20 Units of Laminate Veneers: Recommended due to the teeth’s suitability for this treatment.
2. 20 Units of Zirconium Crowns: As an alternative option for full-coverage restorations.
Patient Decision:
The patient opted for laminate veneers on 14 teeth, specically:
• 8 upper anterior teeth,
• 6 lower anterior teeth affected by discoloration.
Treatment Process and Outcome:
• A total of 14 laminate veneers were successfully applied.
• The patient adapted to the treatment very quickly.
• The treatment was completed in a single visit to Istanbul, with the patient staying for 5 nights.
• To date, no complaints or issues have been reported by the patient.
Outcome and Follow-Up:
The patient expressed satisfaction with the aesthetic and functional results. Follow-up appointments have been
scheduled to ensure long-term success and patient satisfaction.
