The patient has four missing teeth. There is a noticeable tilt towards the left in the patient’s front twelve teeth, along with a crossbite on the general left side.

Treatment Plans

Orthodontic Treatment Followedby Implant: This approach involves straightening the teeth first, then proceeding with an implant.

Zirconium CrownImplementation: Placement of 20 zirconium crowns.

Patient Decision

Given the patient’s age, the expected duration of orthodontic treatment, the poor morphology of the teeth, and the necessity for a second prosthetic treatment post-orthodontics, the patient opted for the zirconium crown option.

Treatment Outcome

We achieved maximum aesthetic results by applying 20 zirconium crowns.

The patient completed the treatment in Istanbul in a single visit, staying for five nights.

As of now, the patient has reported no complaints.
